The braided polyester cord is soft and flexible, but it holds moisture easily. Remove your bracelet before swimming, handwashing, or exercise, and let it dry fully if it gets wet. The 18K gold-plated hardware also needs extra care. Avoid chlorine, saltwater, lotions, perfumes, and beauty products to help maintain its finish.

Cleaning Your Bokyna Bracelets
Wipe the metal parts gently with a soft dry cloth when needed. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, or scrubbing the cord.

Storing Your Bokyna Bracelets
Store each bracelet separately in a soft pouch to prevent tangling and scratching. Always let them air dry completely before putting them away.

Orders are usually shipped on the next business day. The delivery time is 5-10 days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

How to return a product?

Note: The return must take place at the latest 30 days after receipt of the products.

• Write your name and order number clearly on the front of the package so that we can easily assign it to your order in our system.

• Please use a trackable shipping method when returning an order, and keep the receipt safe.

• If properly returned, your money will be refunded within 7 days to the form of payment you used to make the purchase.
