Our Bokyna sandals are true to size, so choose your regular shoe size to get the best fit. We recommend selecting the larger shoe size if you are between two sizes.

All sandals in the FREEDOM Collection are also available in wide-width sizes, so your feet won't feel cased-in.

I like these a lot! I have wide feet so they are a tiny bit snug to get on, but they still feel great. Note: the "Cream" colour is more of a buttery or soft yellow shade.

Se pueden mojar sin problema y de momento no parece que se desgasten con facilidad. Además, el equipo de Bokyna es fantástico. Tuve un problema con el envío y me dieron todas las facilidades posibles.
EN - The sandals are great, as nice as they look in the pictures. They fit the foot very well. It's as if I've been wearing them all my life. They can get wet without a problem and so far they don't seem to wear out easily. Also, the Bokyna team is fantastic. I had a problem with the shipping and they made it as easy as possible. I can’t stop wearing these sandals since I bought them! They are super comfortable and fit really nicely :) I’m usually a size 38 and I got a 39, because they fit really small. Wouldn’t recommend for wide feet, cause the strings are really tight. They get softer once you wear them for a while! Would buy them again!
I am in love with these sandals. I was a bit sceptical seeing some of the reviews saying they were too tight or the back door didn't fit on but went for it any way and I'm so glad I did!
I am a size 5, ordered the size 5 and they fit perfectly, I have no problem getting the heel rope on and they are sooo comfy, the rope doesn't pinch or feel tight anywhere. I have slim but wide feet and high arches and am sooo pleased with these. I have feet that are very sensitive to shoes rubbing and there are hardly any sandals I can wear that are comfy to walk a long way, but these are. Have been wearing them non stop since I got them!

In size 41 the Bokynas are 10cm wide. If your feet are slightly wider, they would still be suitable. But, for a wide fit, we recommend our Freedom Collection. The models from this collection are available in a special wide fit to accommodate any size foot.
Yes, by moving the side cords, our Bokynas can be made a bit narrower.
No, the cords don't get any bigger when you wear them. They do not wear out but keep their shape. But that also means that you can't "shrink" them.
The sole is 2 cm thick at the back of the heel and 1 cm thick at the front.
Bokynas do not have a footbed or insole. Nevertheless, all our sandals have flexible soles so you can enjoy nothing but comfort at every step.
The ribbons that the bands are made of are very soft. But don't take our word for it - here is what one of our wonderful customers Alison says: "The cords fit super, are butter soft, and you don't notice them at all." Alison purchased a pair of Turquoise Soulmates on 25 May 2021.
As the extent and location of each person's bunion will be different, it is difficult to give one answer to suit everyone. We have had previous great feedback from customers who have purchased the SOULMATE model, as the bunion fits exactly into the gap between the straps. However, this result cannot be generalised for every unique customer situation.

Yes, you have good grip in the Bokynas. The cords fit well to the foot, so you don't slip around. The sole is also contoured which prevents slipping.
The Bokynas are colorfast and can be washed by hand with warm water and soap.
